The former owners of Havana Blue, siblings Steve Boswell, Prime Hospitality, and Nicole Boswell, BWMG Design, with their partner Zack Zoller, St. Thomas Restaurant Group, come together again to create a hip innovative concept. The Isla Blue experience imbues a tropical boho chic ambiance in the newly renovated ocean front restaurant.  Isla Blue brings you fresh creative island inspired global cuisine featuring flavors from Mexico, the Caribbean and Japan. The seductive bar features twists on classic cocktails with fresh local fruits and herbs in an open-air 180 seat restaurant. The temperature-controlled wine room showcases an expansive wine, champagne, and reserve list as well as premium sipping tequilas.   The Privado Room is secretly tucked away in an air-conditioned private dining room for intimate group experiences while still enjoying expansive ocean views.

The team also operates their namesake SandBar, a Spanish tapas beachfront lounge serving lunch and dinner on the patio and in the sand.  Sip pitchers of fresh cocktails and premium bubbles at sunset.  Savor authentic Spanish coastal cuisine including seafood paella and pizzettes.  Enjoy the energetic scene as you dance to the vibes by the Caribbean sea.
